Connectivity & facilities
Is there Wi-Fi at the campsite?
Yes, free Wi-Fi is available throughout the campsite. The bandwidth is shared among all guests, which may affect performance during peak hours. We recommend using it for general browsing and messaging rather than heavy video streaming.
Is there a laundry on site?
Yes, a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer is available on site, making it easy to stay comfortable even during longer stays.
Are the sanitary facilities heated?
One heated sanitary block is available, ensuring optimal comfort even during cool spring and autumn mornings.
Is the campsite accessible for people with reduced mobility?
Yes, a sanitary facility adapted for people with reduced mobility (PRM) is available on site. Please feel free to contact us before your arrival so we can direct you to the most suitable pitch for your needs.
Is the pool covered and heated throughout the season?
Yes, our pool is covered and heated throughout the entire season. You can enjoy it whatever the weather, from spring to autumn. ZEN aquatic activities are also regularly offered.
What type of coffee maker is available in the rental accommodation?
The rental units are equipped with a filter coffee maker. Remember to bring your coffee and filters if you have a favourite brand!
Pets & vehicles
Are pets welcome at the campsite?
Yes, pets are welcome on camping pitches as well as in most of our rental accommodation. However, they are not accepted in mobile homes. Pets must be kept on a lead in communal areas.
Can we arrive by motorhome?
Yes, motorhomes are welcome at Lac de Lislebonne. However, twin-axle vehicles cannot be accommodated due to access constraints on our site. If you are unsure about your vehicle's dimensions, please don't hesitate to contact us before arrival.
Food & drink
Is there a restaurant on site?
Yes, our restaurant is open throughout the season, at lunch and dinner. The lunchtime service is only available by reservation, so we invite you to book your table as early as possible. In the evening, reservations are recommended but not required.
What are the bar's opening hours?
The bar is open from 9am to midnight, every day throughout the season. A friendly spot for a morning coffee, a drink on the terrace or a digestif at the end of the evening.
Accommodation & bedding
Do we need to bring our own bed linen to the rental accommodation?
In rental accommodation, blankets and pillows are provided. However, bed sheets (fitted sheet, flat sheet and pillowcases) are not included in the base rate — they are available as an optional rental. Don't forget to bring your own tea towel too!
Stay & booking
Can we come for a weekend or only for a full week?
Arrival and departure days are flexible — you are not required to arrive on a Saturday or Monday. During high season, a minimum of 3 nights is required. Outside this period, there is no minimum stay, allowing for short getaways of just a few nights as you wish.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Camping pitches: check-in from 2pm, check-out before 12pm.
Rental accommodation (mobile homes, etc.): check-in from 4pm, check-out before 10am.
How do I book?
You can book your stay in two ways: online directly from our website via the Booking menu — quick, available 24/7 and secure — or by phone by calling us directly, we will be happy to help you choose the accommodation that best suits your needs.
What payment methods are accepted?
Online: bank cards, cheques, holiday vouchers, holiday vouchers Connect, bank transfer.

Can we visit for the day?
No, day visits are not possible. Current regulations prohibit this. Only registered guests may access the site. To discover the campsite, we invite you to book a short stay.
Rates & taxes
Is the tourist tax included in the price?
No, the tourist tax is not included in the displayed rates — it is payable in addition, in accordance with local regulations. An environmental contribution is also to be added. These amounts will be clearly indicated when you make your booking.
Pitches
Are there shaded pitches?
Our campsite offers a great variety of settings: shaded pitches under the trees, semi-shaded pitches that offer both sun and shade, and sunny pitches for those who want to make the most of the sunshine. There is truly something for everyone! Feel free to let us know your preference when booking.
Location
How far is the campsite from Nérac and Agen?
Nérac: approximately 15 minutes by car — the medieval town with its shops, markets and restaurants is easily accessible for shopping or cultural outings. Agen: approximately 50 minutes by car — the prefecture of Lot-et-Garonne, with its TGV train station, lively town centre and all major retailers.
